Privacy Policy

This page explains what information linuslearning.com collects, why, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect only what you type into our forms, we use it to reply to you, and we never sell or share it.

What we collect

• Contact form — your name, email address, subject and message.
• Ask an editor / book idea form — your name, email address and the description of your book idea.
• Proposal template download — your name, email address, and optionally your institution and discipline.
• Author Insights sign-up — your email address.
• Book proposal, content submission, demo and LTI setup forms — the details and files you choose to submit.

Our forms also record the date, the page the form was on, and the IP address of the submission, which we use only to prevent abuse.

How we use it

To answer your message, review your proposal, send you the file you requested, or set up the service you asked for. If you tick the box asking for occasional notes on textbook publishing, we may email you from time to time; every such email tells you how to stop them, and replying "unsubscribe" always works.

What we don't do

We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising. Submissions are stored on our own systems and are visible only to Linus Learning staff.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. It does not receive the contents of any form you submit.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@linuslearning.com.
