About this book
Dr. Jamie Skidmore is a professor in the English Department at Memorial University of Newfoundland, specializing in theatre arts, and film and video production. Jamie has been working in theatre and video production for almost 30 years as a designer, director, technician, and educator. He has designed across the country for RCA Theatre, Artistic Fraud of Newfoundland, She Said Yes! Andy Jones, Theatre Conspiracy, and more. In 2006, Jamie worked as the production manager and technical director for the Magnetic North Theatre Festival, the largest theatre festival in English in Canada. He’s also a member of the St. John’s Ukulele Orchestra, and has made a number of music videos for the band, which can be found on Vimeo.
